Move to Bazuva

Bring your store with you,and check every row before it lands.

Your product sheet, your pages, your customers and the addresses people already link to. Bazuva reads the files you already have, shows you what each row will become, and saves nothing until you confirm.

  • Shopify product CSV as it is
  • Elementor and WordPress pages
  • Customers, stock and zones
  • Old links kept with redirects

How a move works

Six steps from your old store to your new one.

You can do them in any order, and each one can be repeated until it is right.

  1. 1

    Open your store

Register, name the store and pick a ready-made design to start from.

  2. 2

    Bring your products

Upload the product CSV exported from Shopify, or Bazuva's own sheet. Variants, stock, images and custom data come with it.

  3. 3

    Bring your pages

Import Elementor and WordPress pages, or start from the 135 ready-made sections.

  4. 4

    Bring the rest as sheets

Customers, stock, shipping zones, posts, forms and the list of people who unsubscribed.

  5. 5

    Keep your old links

Upload a sheet of old addresses and where each now lives, so nobody lands on a missing page.

  6. 6

    Point your domain

Follow the DNS steps shown for your domain provider. The store is served there once the domain is verified.

Products

Your Shopify product CSV, imported as it is.

There is no mapping screen. Bazuva reads the product sheet in the shape Shopify exports it, with its variants, prices, stock, images and custom data columns, and makes each product a draft for you to check and publish. The export from Bazuva has the same shape, so a sheet can go back and forth.

  • Options and variants from the rows, with barcodes, weights and compare-at prices
  • Stock written to your main location and recorded as an import
  • Images fetched in the background and added to your media library
  • Custom data columns kept as your products' own custom fields

Pages

Bring the pages you built in Elementor and WordPress.

Import a page exported from Elementor, or a WordPress page made with blocks. It arrives as a draft in Bazuva's page builder, where every part can be edited, and a report lists anything that could not be brought across, so you know exactly what to look at before you publish.

  • Every imported page starts as a draft, never live
  • A report beside the preview, item by item
  • Pages and templates also move between Bazuva stores as a sheet

Everything else, as sheets

If it lives in a spreadsheet, it can come with you.

Each of these is imported from its own list in the panel, with the same preview first.

  • Customers

Your customer list, imported from a sheet and kept in your store.

  • Stock

Quantities per product and location, each change recorded as an import.

  • Shipping zones

Zones and their places, so your delivery fees are ready before the first order.

  • Blog posts

Blog posts, saved as drafts you publish when ready.

  • Pages

Pages and templates from another Bazuva store, kept as drafts.

  • Forms

Your forms with their fields, ready to place on a page.

  • Redirects

Old addresses and the new page each one leads to.

  • Unsubscribed addresses

The people who asked not to be emailed, so they never are.

Every import, the same way

Nothing is saved until you have seen it.

  1. 1

    Choose the file

A CSV sheet, uploaded from the list it belongs to.

  2. 2

    Read the preview

Each row says what it will become, and a row with a problem says what is wrong.

  3. 3

    Confirm

The rows that passed are saved one by one; a row that fails never stops the others.

  4. 4

    See the outcome

What each row became is listed, and confirming the same file twice changes nothing more.

Old links

Keep the links people and search engines already know.

A product or a page on your old site has an address that buyers have saved and search engines have listed. Upload a sheet of old addresses and where each one lives now, and anyone who follows an old link lands on the right page. Change a product's address later and its old one keeps working too.

  • Redirects imported from a sheet or added one at a time
  • Old product addresses kept when a link changes
  • Product, category, page and post addresses in Bangla script or Latin letters

Your domain

Your address stays yours. Point it at Bazuva when you are ready.

  1. 1

    Add your domain

Type the domain you already own in the store's settings.

  2. 2

Follow the steps for your provider

Bazuva shows the records to add, with notes for your domain provider; for some providers it can set them after you approve.

  3. 3

    Wait for the check

Bazuva looks for the records and marks the domain verified once they are found.

  4. 4

    Open for business

The store is served on your domain, and your email can be sent from your own address.

Questions about moving

Do I have to rework my product CSV?

No. A product sheet exported from Shopify is read as it is, with its variants, stock, images and custom data columns. A few columns Bazuva does not use are skipped, and the preview says which.

Will my products go live as soon as they are imported?

No. Every imported product is a draft, so you can check prices, photos and categories before you publish.

What if some rows in my sheet are wrong?

The preview names each row with a problem and the reason. The rows that pass can be confirmed, and you can fix the rest and upload them again.

Will my old links stop working?

Not if you add redirects. Upload a sheet of old addresses and their new pages, and visitors following an old link land in the right place.

Can I move my store's domain?

Yes. Add the domain, set the records Bazuva shows for your domain provider, and the store is served there once the domain is verified.
