Couriers are not the hard part. Keeping track of them is.
Without Bazuva
With Bazuva
One charge for inside Dhaka and one for everywhere else, whatever the parcel weighs.
Zones drawn from divisions, districts and upazilas, each priced flat, by weight or by the courier's own rate.
Each courier's website open in its own tab, orders typed in one by one.
One queue books Steadfast, Pathao and RedX in bulk, and any other courier by hand.
A parcel comes back and the first you hear of it is the courier's statement.
Delivery issues arrive with a reason, and you answer: try again, a new address, or return.
Buyers call to ask where their parcel is.
A tracking page shows the parcel's progress, the cash due and your help line.
Zones and rates
Charge for delivery the way couriers charge you.
A zone is a set of places, picked from Bangladesh's divisions, districts and upazilas or India's states and districts, with a flag for remote places. Each zone holds its rates: flat, by weight in ranges or per kilo, or the courier's own price with your markup and a fallback. Free delivery over an amount, a cash-on-delivery fee and a daily cutoff sit on the same rate.
- Shipping profiles for goods that travel differently
- Pickup points buyers can collect from
- Zones imported from a sheet
- The courier's billed weight checked against your parcels
The fulfilment queue
Book thirty parcels with three couriers in one go.
Each placed order opens a fulfilment order at the location that ships it, and they wait in one queue you filter by courier, zone, hold or cash on delivery. Select them, book them, and print the labels and packing slips as one file. An order split over two locations or two parcels reads 'Part 1 of 2' wherever it appears.
- Bulk booking with an outcome for each parcel
- Labels at A6, 4×6, or two to an A4 page
- Hold and release, or fulfil without a shipment
- Couriers without a connection, booked by hand
Delivery issues and returns
When a delivery fails, you hear why and decide what happens next.
Couriers' updates arrive as they push them or as Bazuva asks, and their own words are kept beside the status. A failed delivery is sorted into one of eight reasons, from an unreachable buyer to cash not ready, and waits in a filter of its own. Answer with another attempt, a new address or phone, or a return; a parcel that comes back puts its stock back.
- Delivery issues and returns to sender in their own filters
- The courier's own words on every shipment
- Emails to the buyer as the parcel moves
- Returned stock counted back in
The parcel page
A tracking page your buyers can read without calling you.
Every parcel has its own page: its code, its weight and the cash due, the recipient and phone masked, where it was last seen, the courier's words and the whole timeline. Your help line and WhatsApp number sit at the foot of the page, and the order lookup on your store leads straight to it.
- No sign-in needed, nothing private shown
- The promised dates beside the progress
- Cash due on delivery stated plainly
- Your help line and WhatsApp on every parcel

Questions about shipping
Which couriers can I book from Bazuva?
Steadfast, Pathao and RedX, each with your own account. Any other courier, such as Sundarban or a local rider, works as a manual courier: you type the tracking number and mark where the parcel is.
Can I charge for delivery by weight?
Yes. A rate can be flat, by weight in ranges, per kilo in steps, or the courier's own price with your markup and a fallback if the courier does not answer.
Who prints the labels?
Bazuva prints its own labels and packing slips, at A6, 4×6 or two to an A4 page, with a barcode and the order's QR code.
What happens when the buyer is not home?
The courier's update arrives as a delivery issue with its reason. You choose another attempt, a new address or phone, or a return, and a returned parcel puts its stock back.
Can buyers track their own parcel?
Yes. Every parcel has its own page with its progress, the promised dates, the cash due and your help line, and buyers find it from the order lookup on your store.
