Delivery dates
“Order within 2 h 14 min to get it by Thursday”,and a report that says whether you kept your word.
Bazuva turns your packing days, the couriers' transit times, your cutoff and your holidays into a date on the product page, in the cart and at checkout. The same promise follows the order to the tracking page and the emails, and every delivered parcel tells you whether it was kept.
- Countdown to the cutoff
- Holidays and days off
- Pre-orders and made to order
- On-time rate per courier

The difference
Every store promises a date. Few know whether they kept it.
Without Bazuva
With Bazuva
'Delivery in 3–5 days' on every page, whatever the day, the place or the holiday.
A date worked out from your packing days, the courier's transit, the cutoff and your holidays.
Victory Day comes, and orders still promise tomorrow.
Days off and holidays are skipped, and the fixed ones return every year by themselves.
A made-to-order sherwani promises the same date as a T-shirt.
Extra packing days per category, product or variant, and pre-orders dated from their ship day.
Nobody knows whether the promise was kept until the complaints arrive.
Each lane's on-time rate is measured, with a suggested delivery time when it slips.
The promise before purchase
A date and a countdown, where the buyer decides.
The product page shows when the parcel would reach the buyer's chosen place, and the time left before today's cutoff. The countdown runs on the page, and the date moves on when the cutoff passes. With no cutoff set there is no countdown: nothing is invented to hurry a buyer.
- Dates on the product page, in the cart and at checkout
- The buyer's place picked down to the upazila
- A range from the rate's fastest and slowest days
- Pre-orders read 'ships from 12 Nov, arrives 14–16 Nov'
Packing days and holidays
Made to order, pre-order or ready to ship: each gets its own date.
Add extra packing days to a category, a product or a single variant, with a note such as 'Made to order', or a first day nothing may leave. The most specific rule wins, and an order waits for its slowest line. Days off and holidays are skipped; Bangladesh's fixed holidays, from Shaheed Day to Victory Day, are added in one click and come back every year.
- A category's rule reaches the categories under it
- A ships-from date for stock still on its way
- Eid and other moving holidays added by date
- Notes written in Bangla and English
Promise accuracy
See which courier, zone and warehouse keep your promise.
Each delivered parcel is compared with the dates it was promised. A lane is one rate with its courier and warehouse, and it shows its on-time, early and late share, its usual and slowest transit, and the districts and vendors behind it. When a lane slips under 90 per cent on time, you are alerted and offered a new delivery time to apply in one click.
- Windows of 7, 28 or 90 days
- Suggestions only once there are enough deliveries
- A weekly alert for a lane that slips
- Auto-tune, off unless you turn it on, one step a week
After the order
The same promise on the tracking page, in the emails, and on the day the buyer chose.
The dates the buyer read are kept with the order. The tracking page and the shipment emails say 'Promised 12–14 Oct', then 'Delivered 13 Oct, on time' or a day late. For a scheduled rate, the buyer picks a delivery day at checkout from the next fourteen it can arrive, and the order is promised for that day alone.
- Promised dates kept on the order and its parcels
- On time or late shown on the tracking page
- Promise and outcome in the shipment emails
- A count of the dates your product pages showed

Questions about delivery dates
Where does the delivery date come from?
From your packing days and cutoff, the rate's transit days, your days off and holidays, and any extra days a product needs. The same calculation answers the product page, the cart and the checkout.
What happens after the cutoff?
The countdown shows only while ordering now still leaves today. Once the cutoff passes, the date moves on by itself, and with no cutoff set there is no countdown at all.
Does it know about Eid?
Add moving holidays such as Eid by their date. Fixed holidays such as Pohela Boishakh and Victory Day are added once and come back every year.
Will Bazuva change my delivery times by itself?
Only if you turn on auto-tune, and then by at most one step a week. Otherwise it suggests a new time for a lane that runs late, and you apply it with a click.
Can buyers choose their delivery day?
Yes, on a rate you set as scheduled: the buyer picks one of the next fourteen days the parcel can arrive, and the order is promised for that day.
