The difference
Connecting a domain should not take a developer, or a day of guessing.
Without Bazuva
With Bazuva
A guide written for another panel, and guessing which field means what.
Records named the way your provider asks, with copy buttons, a link to its DNS page and a note in its own words.
Wait a day and hope the domain works.
Check now says which record is found and which one is still missing.
Order emails arrive from an address buyers have never seen.
Every store email leaves from your own address, through the mail provider you already pay for.
Emails land in spam and nobody knows why.
The SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for your domain are spelled out, and SPF and DMARC are checked.
Connect by hand
The exact records, for the panel you use.
Add your domain and Bazuva reads its name servers to see where it is kept. It shows a TXT record that proves the domain is yours and the record that points it at your store, named the way that provider's panel asks, with copy buttons, a link straight to its DNS page and a note in its own words, such as using @ for the domain itself. Press Check now and each record reports found or missing.
- A subdomain such as shop. or the domain itself
- Copy buttons and a link to your provider's DNS page
- Check now reports each record
- Served only once it is verified
Connect automatically
Or let your provider add the records for you.
When your domain is kept with a provider that supports automatic set-up, such as Cloudflare, GoDaddy or IONOS, press Connect automatically. You sign in at your provider, confirm the records Bazuva asks for, and come back to your store's settings, where the records are checked at once. Every other provider has the manual path, written for it.
- Offered when your provider supports it
- You confirm the change at your provider
- Records checked as soon as you return
- The manual path for every other provider
Your own sending
Every store email from hello@ your domain.
Choose your mail provider, Gmail, Zoho, Hostinger, Namecheap, SendGrid, Brevo, Mailgun, Postmark, Amazon SES or any other server, and the server, port and security are filled in, with a hint for what goes in each field. Send a test to prove it works. From then on order confirmations, shipping updates, campaigns and automations all leave from your address; if a test fails, you see your provider's own error.
- Presets for the providers merchants use
- A test email that proves the connection
- The provider's own words when a test fails
- Back to Bazuva's sending in one click
Getting to the inbox
The records that keep your emails out of spam.
Inboxes trust mail from a domain that says who may send for it. Bazuva lists the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for the domain after the @, with your provider's include in SPF and where its DKIM record comes from, then reads your DNS to check SPF and DMARC. DMARC starts in a watching mode, so nothing is lost while you settle in.
- SPF with your provider's include
- DKIM guidance from your provider
- DMARC to start in a watching mode
- A check that reads your DNS

Questions about domains and email
My domain is with Namecheap or Hostinger. Can I still connect it?
Yes. Bazuva recognises the provider, names the records the way its panel asks and links to its DNS page. Automatic set-up is offered where the provider supports it, such as Cloudflare, GoDaddy and IONOS.
Can my store use the domain itself, not just www?
Yes. A subdomain points at your store with a CNAME record, and the domain itself with A records, or the provider's own way of pointing the bare domain where it has one.
Will my store go offline if a record changes later?
No. Once verified, a domain stays active; a later check that misses a record notes what is missing so you can put it back.
Which emails use my own address?
All of them, once your mail connection is verified by a test: order and shipping emails, campaigns and automations. Until then, the store sends through Bazuva's own sending.
Is my mail password safe?
It is kept encrypted and never shown again, not even to you. Saving with the field left blank keeps the one you saved before.
