Email marketing

Send emails that sellat the price of the day they arrive.

Design a campaign by dragging blocks onto it, drop in products whose prices are read as each email is sent, choose who receives it, and see which emails were opened, clicked and followed by an order.

  • Drag-and-drop editor
  • Products priced at sending
  • Opens, clicks and bounces
  • Double opt-in

The difference

An email is only as good as what it shows and who it reaches.

Without Bazuva

With Bazuva

  • A picture of the product and a price that was right last week.

Product blocks read the price and the sale at the moment each email is sent.

  • One list of every address ever collected, mailed whether they agreed or not.

Marketing goes only to customers who said yes, new sign-ups confirm by email, and an unsubscribe counts at once.

  • Sent, and then silence: nobody knows who opened it or what it sold.

Opens, clicks, bounces and the orders that followed a click, for every campaign.

  • The order emails look nothing like the newsletter.

Every email the store sends is a template in the same editor, with your colours, logo and footer.

The email editor

Drag blocks onto the email. Click a word to change it.

Sections, columns, headings, text, images, buttons, social links, products and coupons go where you drop them, and every word is edited on the email itself. Variables fill in the customer's name, with a fallback for when there is none. Undo, restore an earlier version, preview it as a customer, switch the language and send yourself a test before anyone else sees it.

  • Blocks, columns and inline editing
  • Variables with fallbacks, such as the first name
  • Versions you can compare and restore
  • The same editor for order, shipping and return emails

Products in emails

The price in the email is the price on the site.

A product block or a grid of products is filled in as each email is sent, so a sale that starts at midnight shows in the morning's campaign, and a price you changed yesterday is not the one in the inbox. The preview shows today's prices and says so. Add a coupon block and the code sits beside the products it fits.

  • One product, or a grid from your catalogue
  • Prices and sale prices read at sending
  • A coupon block with the code to copy
  • Image emails checked for missing alt text

Audiences and consent

Mail the people who asked for it, and only them.

Build an audience from what customers did: bought in the last ninety days, spent over a figure, wished for a product, carry a tag, opened a recent campaign. The estimate is live, and the review step says how many will receive it and why the rest are skipped. Marketing goes only to customers who agreed, and a new sign-up can be asked to confirm by email first.

  • Saved audiences with a live estimate
  • Double opt-in for new subscribers
  • A preferences page linked from every marketing email
  • Bounced and complaining addresses never mailed again

Delivery and results

Follow one email from the outbox to an order.

Every email the store sends is a message with a status: made, sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced. A click followed by an order within your window, five days unless you change it, credits the email that was clicked last. Opens never claim a sale, so the figures stay honest.

  • Every message with its status and history
  • Opens, clicks and bounces from the provider
  • Orders credited to the last click, within 1 to 30 days
  • Recipients skipped, with the reason

  3. 3

    Check it

See who will be skipped and why, and send a test to your own addresses.

  4. 4

    Send or schedule

Send now or at a time, pause if you need to, and read the results.

Questions about email marketing

Will the prices in an email go out of date?

Not at sending. Product blocks read the price and any running sale as each email is sent, so a campaign scheduled for the morning shows the morning's prices. The preview shows today's prices and says so.

Who receives a campaign?

The customers in the audience you choose who agreed to marketing. Bounced and complaining addresses are left out, and the review step lists everyone skipped with the reason.

Can I change the order confirmation and shipping emails too?

Yes. Every email the store sends is a template in the same editor. Change the words, the layout or the language, and reset it to the default whenever you like.

How is a sale counted for an email?

When a customer clicks a link and then places an order within your window, five days by default and up to thirty, the order is credited to the last email they clicked. Opens alone never count.

Can the emails come from my own address?

Yes. Connect your own mail provider in the store's settings, send a test, and every email the store sends leaves from your address.
