Popups and bars

Say it on the pageand stop saying it to people who closed it.

Offer popups, newsletter sign-ups, countdown bars and running announcements, made in the same editor as your pages. Each one knows when to open, who to show, when to come back and how many people clicked.

  • Popups, slide-ins and bars
  • Countdowns and coupon codes
  • Stays away after closing
  • Views, clicks and sign-ups

The difference

A popup should help a buyer, not chase them off the page.

Without Bazuva

With Bazuva

  • The same popup opens on every page, every visit, until the buyer leaves.

After a close or a sign-up it stays away for this visit, for a number of days, or for good.

  • Someone takes the Eid banner down by hand, a day late.

A schedule to the minute on your store's clock, and a switch that pauses it without unpublishing.

  • An announcement bar that covers the menu on a phone.

A bar at the top pushes the page down, stacks with other bars and can stay in view as the page scrolls.

  • No idea whether the popup earned its place.

Views, visitors a day, clicks, form sends and a conversion rate for each one.

Start from a design

Sixteen designs, each in light and dark.

A split offer, a newsletter sign-up that reveals a code once the form is sent, an exit offer, a flash sale with a countdown, a welcome, a free-delivery note, a product spotlight, an Eid or Pohela Boishakh greeting and an age check. Bars for an announcement, a countdown, running messages, a coupon and a delivery note. Each comes in Bangla and English, takes your store's colours, and arrives with a suggested setup, switched off until you place it.

  • Nine popup and five bar designs, with two variants
  • Words in Bangla and English, in your store's colours
  • A suggested setup with each design
  • Changed in the page editor, text by text

When and to whom

Open at the right moment, then know when to stay away.

A popup opens after a number of seconds, at a scroll depth or a section, after a few clicks, when the visitor goes idle, as they move to leave, or from any button. Rules narrow it by page, device, signed-in or guest, where the visitor came from and how often they have visited, and a schedule decides the dates. After a close, or a click or sign-up, it stays away as long as you say.

  • Seven ways to open, exit intent included
  • Pages, devices, visitors and referrers
  • A schedule to the minute, on your store's clock
  • Away after closing or converting, for a visit, days or ever

Announcement bars

A bar across the top that moves the page, not over it.

A bar is a popup drawn edge to edge at the top or the bottom. It can push the page down or sit over it, stay in view as the page scrolls, and stack with other bars, with a sticky header resting beneath the ones that stay. Put a single message in it, running messages at three speeds, a countdown in day, hour, minute and second boxes, or a coupon code with a copy button.

  • Top or bottom, pushing the page or over it
  • Running messages at slow, normal or fast speed
  • Countdown boxes with a start and an end
  • A close button, or none for a notice that stays

On-site campaigns

Every popup and bar on one page, with its numbers.

The campaigns page lists each popup and bar with its status, where it shows, its views, clicks and conversion rate for the period you pick. Pause one, resume it, copy it or open it in the editor from its row. A sale popup you prepared last week shows as scheduled, goes live on the hour and reads expired when the dates pass.

  • Views, visitors a day, clicks and form sends
  • A conversion rate per campaign
  • Draft, scheduled, live, paused and expired
  • Pause, resume and copy from the list

How it works

From a design to a live popup in four steps.

  1. 1

    Choose a design

A popup, a slide-in or a bar, in light or dark.

  2. 2

    Change it in the editor

Words, pictures, colours, a countdown or a coupon code.

  3. 3

    Decide when and where

How it opens, on which pages, for whom, and when it comes back.

  4. 4

    Switch it on

Publish it, turn it on, and watch the views and clicks come in.

Questions about popups and bars

Will a popup keep showing to someone who closed it?

Only if you want it to. After a close it can come back on the next page, the next visit, after a number of days up to a year, or never. A click or a sign-up can keep it away on its own terms.

Can an announcement bar push my header down instead of covering it?

Yes. A bar can push the page down or sit over it. Bars stack in order, and a sticky header rests beneath the bars that stay in view.

Can I prepare a sale popup now and have it start by itself?

Yes. Give it a schedule to the minute; it reads as scheduled until then, goes live on time on your store's clock, and shows as expired once the dates have passed.

Do the designs come in Bangla?

Every design has its words in Bangla and English and takes your store's colours, so it looks like the rest of your site from the start.

How are visitors counted?

Per day, with a code that changes every day, so nothing new about the visitor is kept. A browser that asks not to be tracked is not counted.
