Marketplace
Let other sellers sell in your storeand know what each one is owed, to the taka.
Switch your store to many vendors. Sellers apply with their documents, list products you approve, ship their own orders from a portal of their own, and are paid on your schedule once the buyer's money has reached your account.
- Vendor portal and team
- Applications with documents
- Commission, fees and VAT
- Scheduled payouts

The difference
Selling other people's products is easy. Owing them money is the hard part.
Without Bazuva
With Bazuva
Sellers send their trade licence and bank details over chat, and nobody knows which ones were checked.
Each vendor applies, uploads the documents you ask for and adds a payout account, and your team verifies each one.
A seller edits a product and the new photos go live before anyone has looked at them.
New products and changes wait for your review while the approved version stays live; price and stock change at once.
Commission is worked out in a spreadsheet at the end of the month, and every refund starts the argument again.
Commission, fees and VAT are fixed on each line at the moment of sale, and a refund takes back the same share.
Sellers are paid from what came in this week, even when the courier has not sent the cash yet.
A sale becomes payable only after the hold and once the courier or the payment gateway has settled it with you.
Vendors and their portal
Every seller gets a portal of its own, on your store's address.
Switch the store to many vendors and your own products stay with a default vendor. New sellers apply from a page on your site, send the documents you ask for and add a bank account or a bKash, Nagad or Rocket number. Once approved, a vendor signs in to its portal and invites its own team.
- Documents asked per kind of seller: an individual or a registered business
- NID, trade licence, TIN and BIN numbers stored encrypted and masked
- A vendor's own team and roles; a new member can do nothing until given a role
- Trade licence, BIN and return policy shown on the vendor's page
Products you approve
Vendors list their products. You decide what goes live.
Choose whether new products and edits are reviewed for every vendor, only for vendors you have not marked as trusted, or for none. A change to a live product waits beside it, so buyers keep seeing the approved version. Price and stock are the vendor's to change at any time.
- New products and edits shown as before and after, then approved, sent back or refused
- Trusted vendors publish directly
- Restricted categories and brands need a verified authorisation first
- Vendors import and export their own products as a sheet
Commission, fees and VAT
Write the commission once. Every sale is worked out by it.
A rule can apply to the whole store, a vendor, a category, a vendor in a category or one product, with a price band, a percentage, a fixed amount and dates. Collection, per-order and shipping fees are rules of their own. VAT on what you charge is added at the rate of the day, and the figures are fixed on the line when it sells.
- The most specific rule wins, read from the product's main category
- A minimum and a maximum per line, and a different rate for cash on delivery
- VAT on commission and fees at a dated rate, 15% unless you set another
- Refunds and returns take back the same share; you choose whether your commission goes back too
Payouts and statements
Pay every vendor on a schedule, from your own account.
Each week, or fortnight, or month, Bazuva prepares a batch for every vendor whose verified balance is above your minimum. Download it as the sheet your bank or wallet asks for, pay it from your own account, then mark it paid or upload the bank's return file. A payout that fails goes back to the vendor's balance.
- Weekly by default, with a minimum, a rolling reserve and withholding if you need them
- Sheet formats per bank and per mobile wallet, with columns you can edit
- Monthly statements a vendor can download, with every line explained
- A numbered commission tax invoice for each vendor every month

Questions about running a marketplace
Does Bazuva hold my vendors' money?
No. Buyers pay into your own payment and courier accounts, and you pay your vendors from your own bank or business wallet. Bazuva keeps the books, works out what each vendor is owed and prepares the payout sheets.
When does a sale become money a vendor can be paid?
It is pending from delivery, and becomes available once the hold is over, seven days by default, and the money has reached you: the courier's cash remitted, or the gateway's settlement recorded.
Can a person sell without a registered business?
Yes, if you allow it. You decide which documents an individual and a registered business must send, for example an NID and a payout account for an individual.
What happens when a vendor keeps shipping late?
Its scorecard counts late hand-overs, cancellations it caused and returns over the last 30 days. Past your warning line the vendor is told; past your failing line it can be suspended until you lift it.
Who ships a vendor's orders?
The vendor hands over its own part of each order, within 48 hours by default, and can follow its shipments and returns from the portal.
