Choose how prescriptions are given: the buyer uploads before placing the order, or orders now and your pharmacist calls. Either way the order waits in a queue, oldest first. The pharmacist opens the files, approves with a note or rejects with a reason, and the buyer is asked for a new one when it is rejected.

Medicine details
Medicine pages with the facts a buyer looks for.
Products in the medicine category get the medicine template: generic name, active ingredient, strength, dosage form, pack size, whether a prescription is needed and the manufacturer. Each generic has its own page listing every brand of it, so a buyer who searches for omeprazole finds every brand you sell.

Packs, MRP and limits
Sell a strip or a box from the same shelf, never above the MRP.
A box of 10 strips and a single strip draw from the same stock, so selling one counts down the other. Each pack shows its price per strip. Set the MRP and the price can never be saved above it, and the cart shows the buyer what they save. Limit how many a buyer may order at once.

Questions from pharmacies
Can I sell prescription medicines online in my country?
Prescription sales are switched on country by country, once the legal position there is confirmed. The rules for Bangladesh and India are ready: every prescription is verified before dispatch. Medicines that need no prescription can be sold anywhere you deliver.
Does the buyer have to upload the prescription before ordering?
You choose. Either checkout asks for the file before the order is placed, or the buyer orders now and your pharmacist calls, and the file is uploaded later by the buyer or by your staff.
Who can see a prescription?
Only the buyer and the staff you give the permission to review prescriptions. Files are encrypted, never on a public address, and every opening is recorded.
Can I sell both strips and boxes of the same medicine?
Yes. A box is a pack of strips that draws on the same stock, with its own price and MRP, and the product page shows its price per strip.
