Returns and exchanges
A return asked for from the order pageand refunded to the taka, line by line.
The buyer picks the lines, the quantity and the reason. Your team approves, records the parcel coming back, inspects each item and restocks what can be sold again. The refund goes back the way the buyer paid, less any return shipping or restocking fee you set.

The difference
A return handled well keeps the customer.
Without Bazuva
With Bazuva
A buyer sends a photo in a chat, and the return is agreed in a thread nobody can find later.
The buyer asks from the order page, within the return window, with the lines, the quantity and a reason.
Whatever comes back goes on the shelf, damaged or not.
Each line is inspected, and only what is resellable goes back into stock.
The refund is a guess, and the delivery charge is forgotten or given twice.
The refund is worked out per line, with return shipping and a restocking fee taken off.
An exchange is a new order typed by hand, and the old one stays open.
An approved exchange opens a draft order for the new items, named for the return.
The buyer's request
Returns asked for where the buyer already looks: their order.
On the order page or in their account, the buyer sees which lines can come back, how many, and until when. They pick a reason and say whether they would like a refund or an exchange. Your team can ask on the buyer's behalf too, from the order, after a call or a chat.
- Only delivered lines, inside their window
- Eight reasons, each with room for a note
- Refund or exchange as the buyer's preference
- A request the buyer can cancel while it is open
Receive, inspect, restock
Check what came back before a taka goes out.
Record the return parcel's tracking number, or mark the return as one that needs no shipping. Receive it in full or in part, then inspect each line as resellable, damaged or missing. Only resellable lines go back into stock, and the order reads partly or fully returned as the goods arrive.
- Partial receipts
- Restock only what can be sold
- A return label attached as a file or a link
- A timeline of every step and who took it
Exchanges and charges
Swap a size, charge the difference, or refund what is left.
In the return composer, choose exchange items priced from your catalogue, add a return shipping charge or a restocking fee, and see at once what the buyer is refunded or owes. When the return is approved, the exchange items open as a draft order for the buyer, ready to be paid.
- Exchange items at today's catalogue price
- Return shipping and a restocking fee in per cent
- The refund or the amount to collect shown before saving
- Fees never larger than the items sent back
Refunds by line
Refund part of an order, with or without a return.
From any order, the refund page lets you pick lines and quantities, restock them or not, add the delivery charge, and offer an amount within what was paid, for a partial refund or a goodwill gesture. It goes back through the original payment, or is recorded by hand with a bKash or cash reference for a cash-on-delivery order. Pressing twice never refunds twice.
- Never more than was sold and not yet refunded
- The delivery charge given back only once
- Refunds by hand, with their reference
- Refunded lines marked on the order
How it works
Four steps, the same for every return.
- 1
Show the window
Each line's return window is shown on the order and counted from delivery.
- 2
Approve or decline
Read the reason, say how to send it back, or decline with a note.
- 3
Receive and inspect
Restock what is resellable and leave the rest out.
- 4
Resolve
Refund by line, or open the exchange as a draft order.

Questions about returns
Can buyers start a return themselves?
Yes, from their order page or their account, for delivered lines inside the return window. You approve or decline each request.
Is the delivery charge refunded?
Only when you choose to, and only once every line of the order has come back. You can also take a return shipping charge or a restocking fee off the refund.
How do I refund a cash-on-delivery order?
Record the refund by hand with its bKash send-money or cash reference. It shows on the return, on the order and in your ledger.
Does a return put the item back in stock?
Only the lines you inspect as resellable. Damaged or missing items stay out of stock.
Can a buyer swap for another size?
Yes. Add the new item to the return as an exchange; when the return is approved it opens as a draft order, and the difference is refunded or collected.
